Video: Sophia Momodu Tells Fans to Stop Asking About Her Relationship with Davido
Sophia Momodu, the baby mama of Nigerian superstar singer Davido Adeleke, has warned her fans to stop asking her about her relationship with him.
The mother of one has been the subject of speculation in recent weeks after she hinted at changing her daughter’s last name and disassociating herself from Davido and his family.
In a recent Instagram live session, Momodu addressed her fans’ concerns, saying that she is no longer interested in discussing her relationship with Davido.
“I’ve told you guys, allow it,” she said. “I don’t wanna talk about my ex or whatever is going on; never ever go there.”
Momodu went on to say that she is focused on her daughter, Imade, and that she has other things to worry about than her relationship with Davido.
“That matter is buried and gone,” she said. “There are other things I am more interested in; like Imade and I other than anybody we’re affiliated with. Honestly, you need to show some respect.”
Momodu’s comments come after she was seen without her wedding ring in recent photos. She has also unfollowed Davido and his family on social media.
It is unclear what caused the rift between Momodu and Davido, but it is clear that she is no longer interested in discussing their relationship. Her fans should respect her wishes and stop asking her about it.
