Others are not so sure. They argue that Tinubu’s policies have only benefited the wealthy, while the poor and middle class have suffered. They also point to his age and health as concerns.

Edochie has defended his endorsement of Tinubu, saying that he believes the president is the best person to lead Nigeria at this time. He has also urged Nigerians to be patient and give Tinubu time to implement his policies.

It is still too early to say whether Tinubu will be a successful president. However, it is clear that his leadership is already dividing the country.
