Buhari spends Four days on Farm every week’ – Garba discloses

Muhammadu Buhari Former President has been busy with farming activities since leaving office, according to his spokesperson, Garba Shehu.

Shehu said in a statement that Buhari chose to stay in Daura, Katsina State, to be far away from Abuja and allow the new administration to function undistracted.

He added that Muhammadu Buhari goes to his farm four days a week and is upbeat about how well the crops and his animals are doing.

Buhari’s decision to focus on farming after leaving office is a welcome one.

It is important for former presidents to have a productive and fulfilling life after office, and farming can be a great way to do that.

It is also a good way for Buhari to give back to his community and teach others about the importance of agriculture.

Muhammadu Buhari is not the only former president who has turned to farming after leaving office.

Former US presidents George H.W. Bush and Jimmy Carter have both established successful farms.

And former South African president Nelson Mandela was known for his love of gardening.

Farming can be a challenging but rewarding experience.
It can teach people about the importance of hard work, perseverance, and self-reliance.

It can also provide a sense of peace and satisfaction.

Here are some of the benefits of farming:

  • Physical and mental health benefits:Farming can be a physically demanding activity, but it is also a great way to get exercise and fresh air. It can also be mentally beneficial, as it requires people to plan, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Economic benefits: Farming can be a profitable business, and it can also provide a source of food and income for families.
  • Environmental benefits: Farming can help to improve the environment by protecting soil and water resources, and by providing habitat for wildlife.

It is good to see that Buhari is enjoying his retirement and using his time to pursue his passion for farming.

His work as a farmer can help to inspire others to consider farming as a career or as a way to supplement their income.

It can also help to promote the importance of agriculture and its role in society.

Peter Obi is right to criticize the National Assembly for spending N60 billion on the purchase of SUVs for about 400 legislators.

Peter Obi is right to criticize the National Assembly for spending N60 billion on the purchase of SUVs for about 400 legislators.

This is a staggering amount of money, especially considering the fact that

Nigeria is facing a number of serious challenges, including poverty, unemployment, and insecurity.

The purchase of these SUVs is a clear example of the disconnect between the government and the people.

The legislators are clearly out of touch with the reality of the average Nigerian,

who is struggling to make ends meet.

The money that has been spent on these SUVs could have been used

to fund essential services such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

It could have also been used to provide relief to the millions of Nigerians who are living in poverty.

Obi’s criticism of the National Assembly is a reminder

that the government needs to be held accountable for its spending.

The people have a right to expect that their tax money

is being used wisely and for the benefit of all Nigerians.

The National Assembly should immediately cancel the purchase of these SUVs and

redirect the money to more important and urgent needs.

The legislators should also be more mindful of the impact of their decisions on the lives of ordinary Nigerians.

Rivers Assembly set ablaze over alleged impeachment move

The Rivers State House of Assembly complex was set ablaze on Sunday night amid alleged moves by some lawmakers to impeach Governor Siminalayi Fubara.

Sources said that some suspected arsonists gained entry into the complex around 9:30pm and set the building on fire.

The fire destroyed some properties inside the chamber, but no casualties were reported.

The police have confirmed the incident and said that they are investigating the cause of the fire.

However, some sources believe that the fire was a politically

motivated attack aimed at preventing the impeachment of Governor Fubara.

The alleged impeachment plot has been brewing for weeks, and there have been reports of threats

and intimidation against lawmakers who are seen as being opposed to Governor Fubara.

The fire at the Rivers State House of Assembly is a serious escalation of the political crisis in the state.

It is a clear attempt to undermine the democratic process and

to prevent the legislature from carrying out its constitutional duties.

The authorities must take swift action to bring the perpetrators of this attack to justice and

to ensure that the Rivers State House of Assembly is able to function freely.
