”99.9% of people advising you on social media have not figured out their lives” – Yul Edochie says
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has warned his followers against taking advice from people on social media. In a post shared on his Instagram page on Monday, September 4, Yul said that 99.9 percent of people who give advice on social media have not figured out their own lives.
Yul’s post comes after he has been criticized for his decision to take a second wife, Judy Austin. Many people have taken to social media to give him advice on how to handle his marital situation, but Yul says that he is not interested in their advice.
“Stop taking advice from people on social media,” Yul wrote. “99.9 percent of them have not figured out their own lives. If you want to get advice, go to a therapist, a mentor, or someone you trust who has a proven track record of success.”

Yul’s advice is a reminder that social media is not a reliable source of information or advice. There are many people on social media who are only interested in sharing their own opinions, regardless of whether they are qualified to give advice.
